Pursuing Market Opportunities for Caribbean States in West Africa

The Challenge
A trade mission was organized to explore business opportunities in Ghana for a high-level Caribbean delegation. The mission included ministers, investment promotion agencies, and large private sector companies seeking to establish business connections and sign strategic MoUs.

The Approach
The team was responsible for full program development and coordination of the trade mission. This included organizing over 150 B2B meetings and coordinating with local trade institutions and associations to facilitate the signing of six MoUs. The mission enabled delegates to explore business opportunities with local companies and trade associations.

Outcome
The trade mission was highly successful, resulting in significant business opportunities and strategic partnerships between Caribbean delegates and local stakeholders in Ghana. The MoUs signed facilitated long-term collaboration and investment in various sectors.
